These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the Pamphlet mobile application. By using this app, you agree to these terms.

1) Eligibility and account

You must provide accurate profile details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.

2) App usage

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rewards/coins, use bots/automation, or perform any activity that harms users, businesses, or platform integrity.

3) Offers, updates, and vouchers

Offers, pamphlets, and vouchers are published by third-party businesses. Availability, pricing, redemption, validity, and stock are determined by those businesses and may change or expire without prior notice.

4) Coins and rewards

Coins are promotional reward points with no cash value unless explicitly stated. We may modify earning/redeeming rules, validity, or suspicious activity controls to prevent abuse.

5) Device permissions and network access

Pamphlet requests only the permissions needed to provide its features. You may grant or deny optional permissions in your device settings; denying them may limit related functionality.

Internet access: required to sign in, load offers, updates, vouchers, shop content, and to sync your account and rewards with our servers. Without network access the app cannot function.

Location (precise and approximate): used after you are logged in to show nearby shops, local offers, and location-based discovery. We ask for location permission only when you have an active account, not during onboarding or while logged out. If you decline location access, you may still use other parts of the app, but nearby and map-based features may be limited or unavailable.

Camera: used only when you choose features that need it, such as scanning a QR code to redeem a voucher or offer. The camera is not used in the background; images are processed for that in-app action only.

6) Email verification

Email addresses are verified using a one-time password (OTP) sent to the email you provide in the app. We do not use email verification links or app deep links for this purpose.

7) External links

When you tap directions, shop locations, or similar actions, the app may open standard web links (http and https) or map links (geo:) in your browser or maps app. Opening those links takes you outside Pamphlet; third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

8) Device and platform requirements

Pamphlet is intended for smartphones in portrait orientation. Tablet layouts are not supported. The app is designed for phone screen sizes within our supported range; using it on unsupported devices may affect layout or performance.

Local app data on your device is not included in automatic device backups (Android backup is disabled for this app). Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may remove locally stored session and preference data unless otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

9) Privacy and data

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as applicable). The Privacy Policy describes what we collect through permissions such as location and camera, how long we retain it, and your rights.

10) Intellectual property

App design, branding, and platform content are owned by Pamphlet or licensed parties. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the app without permission.

11) Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pamphlet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from app use, third-party offers, or external links.

13) Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or platform safety.

14) Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction.
