This Content Policy describes what may appear on Pamphlet, how offers, pamphlets, shop listings, and related materials should be used, and what is not allowed. It applies together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1) Nature of content on Pamphlet

Pamphlet displays promotional and informational content from businesses (shops), including offers, pamphlets, updates, images, and descriptions. Final terms of purchase, redemption, stock, and validity are set by the relevant business; Pamphlet helps you discover and engage with that content.

2) Accurate and lawful content

Content should not mislead users about prices, discounts, eligibility, expiry, or availability. It must comply with applicable laws, including advertising and consumer-protection norms in India. Illegal products or services, unsafe goods, or content that infringes intellectual property must not be promoted through the platform.

3) Accounts, verification, and user behaviour

Sign-in and email verification use one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your phone or email. You must not use false contact details, share OTP codes with others, or attempt to verify email or phone numbers you do not control.

You agree not to harass, abuse, or impersonate others; spam reviews or ratings; manipulate coins, vouchers, QR redemption, or referrals; scrape or bulk-download data; or interfere with the app's operation. Features such as save, like, search, location-based discovery, and earn-coins must be used fairly and as intended. QR scanning and camera use must relate to legitimate in-app redemption only.

4) Intellectual property

Businesses are responsible for rights to images and text they publish. Users should not copy or reuse shop or brand assets without permission. Pamphlet's own branding and software remain our or our licensors' property.

5) Reviews and feedback

Where the app allows ratings or feedback, contributions should be honest and relevant to your experience. Fake, defamatory, or discriminatory content may be removed and may lead to account action.

6) Enforcement

We may remove or restrict content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, our Terms, or applicable law, or that pose risk to users or the platform.

7) Third-party links and services

Pamphlet may show links to shop websites, maps, or phone numbers. When you open them, you leave the app and interact with third-party services under their own rules. We are not responsible for external sites, map results, or communications outside Pamphlet.

8) Reporting concerns

If you see content that appears illegal, misleading, or inappropriate, contact us using the in-app contact options or the email below. We may not mediate every dispute between you and a business, but we take abuse of the platform seriously.

9) Updates

We may update this policy as features evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
