Delete your Pamphlet account

You can permanently delete your Pamphlet account at any time. Deletion is irreversible and removes your profile and activity from our active systems, as described below.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Pamphlet app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
- Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
- Read the confirmation, then tap Delete account again to confirm.
You must be signed in. The app calls our servers to delete your account immediately; you will be signed out when deletion completes.
What we delete
When deletion succeeds, we remove from our active databases:
- Your profile (name, email, gender, date of birth, phone-linked account, coin balance, and related profile fields)
- Your sign-in identity with our authentication provider (Firebase Auth)
- All user actions tied to your account (for example likes, saves, follows, claims, redeems, ratings, watch/earn events, and shop notifications you enabled)
- Server-stored location associated with your profile (city/state/coordinates we synced for nearby discovery)
After deletion, claimed or redeemed offers and shop ratings you created will no longer be linked to your account in our systems.
What may remain
- On your device: cached session or location data until you uninstall the app or clear its storage (Android backup for Pamphlet is disabled).
- Aggregated or anonymised data that cannot reasonably identify you (for example offer impression counts not tied to your user ID).
- Records we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, only for as long as required by law or legitimate business needs, then deleted or anonymised.
- Backups: deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited retention period before being overwritten.
If you cannot use the app
Email us from the address on your Pamphlet profile at info@mypamphlet.in with the subject Account deletion request and the phone number you use to sign in. We may ask for information to verify your identity before processing the request.
